Birmingham Angels, a CitySide’s Angels Capital Network, just joined a partial seed round investment in LineLeap.
Nightlife Customers currently do not have a platform where they can purchase a variety of nightlife products all in one place. For example, these customers do not have a convenient way to purchase “fast pass” entry to surpass long lines on busy nights, general admission tickets for special events, VIP packages, or exclusive drink specials.
Nightlife venues struggle to drive customers to their venue on non-peak nights and even struggle maximizing revenue on their peak nights. Nightlife venues also face intense competition and feel pressure to differentiate themselves from other venues. Additionally, nightlife venues either do not offer a platform for line-skipping or their bouncers accept cash bribes at the door which is pocketed and not delivered to the venue or owner/other employees.
Currently on LineLeap’s mobile app, customers can purchase and redeem fast passes to skip the line, mobile cover, tickets to reserve their place at the bar, VIP table service and drink specials. LineLeap helps venues make substantial, incremental revenue with negligible additional work for venues. LineLeap also enables venues to reach out through the LineLeap platform to communicate directly with customers through push notifications, text messages and emails.
